I am an experienced and skilled therapist using a range of specialised therapies including various Massage Styles, Analytical Hypnotherapy, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Listening and Sensible Psychology.

I combine my natural therapies, bereavement models and empathy to help people who are experiencing grief.

Born and bred in Chesterfield, after a career in technology I re-trained as a natural therapist in 2006 Australia. With Diplomas in Remedial Massage,  Integrated Body Therapies and clinical aromatherapy.

In 2016, I completed a Diploma in Analytical Hypnotherapy and in 2017 I completed my training to become a listening volunteer for the Samaritans. In 2018 I trained to become a bereavement volunteer with Sheffield Cruse and grew a beard.
